Member Shares
Applicants must purchase a member share.
Member shares are payable by money order or bank draft (only) no later than two [2] weeks prior to the move-in date. A Member Share is a requirement for moving into the co-op. As a co-op member, you can live in your home for as long as you wish if you follow the rules of the co-op and pay your housing charge (rent).
A limited subsidy of housing charge (rent) may be available for those who qualify. Only so many units are subsidized each year based on need.
